Tuesday Trigger: I'm Craving Navy

Time to enter the Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger Challenge, this week it's 'I'm Craving Navy' and I knew just the card that I wanted to make.

I had an idea of a peach, navy and gold card, which only really came together after I bought the floral stamp set. I stamped the flowers in Adirondack salmon ink and the leaves in gold pigment ink adding pearls and gold studs. The sentiment is heat embossed and the glitter strips are from DCWV.

Here is the trigger inspiration
I like how clean and fresh the colours look together, however I took the navy accent colour from the inspiration image and paired it with warmer colours. Have you thought about joining in? The details can be found here.

Thanks for looking,
A x

  1. Great color combination - navy & gold are classic & the peach is an interesting twist.

  2. Very pretty! Peach, gold and navy go really well together!

  3. Lovely card Ang; navy, peach and gold are a definite winning combination! I take my hat off to you stamping all those mini blooms. I tried to get some stamped last night in various shades but was loosing the will to live at one point after the joy that is stamping Fresh Cut Florals. I find that set so much easier to stamp and more versatile, plus the leaves in Fresh Cut Florals are very handy. :) I need to fall back in love with using mini blooms and the dies. lol

  4. Hey Ang! Thanks for linking this up to this week's Tuesday Trigger in the Moxie Fab World! I'm so glad you joined in on all the fun! :)

I love to read all your comments and will answer any questions!
