I used the fabulous 'Thank You' set that was issued last year, Vintage Labels for the scroll work and Strawberry Patch for the little curlicues. I traced round Spellbinders Labels 18 and added some extra lines then added some shading using a yellow pencil. I then mounted it with foam tape on to some pretty yellow damask paper from My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Pad, all finished off with some ribbon and pins from my Etsy store.
